The Norwegian Environmental Protection Association (NMF) has been informed that a political party that calls itself Direct People's Government uses our logo and claims that NMF is an alliance partner with a given party. This does not imply any correctness.
NMF is very disappointed that a political party can use our logo and list us as their alliance partner without our approval. We have today sent a demand to Direkte Folkestyre that this be removed from their material and website with immediate effect.
Norges Miljøvernforbund is and will always be a party-politically independent and democratic membership organisation, and as an organization is without political connections and ties regardless of party, both now and in the future.
